The Steering Committee meetings of the Initiative are held twice a year, usually in March and in November, or exceptionally if one of the member countries requires it.During these meetings the Action Plan of the current year is updated, the Plan for the following year is discussed, and the latest developments in the four main areas of cooperation are analyzed.​
