Points of Contact Network

The Armed Forces Contribution to Civilian Protection is a joint Algerian-Spanish project for the creation of a network of points of contact (RPC – Réseau de Pointe de Contact) within the Civil Protection for crisis management in the event of disasters.

It should be noted the importance given by Algeria and Spain to this project, in order to come to an agreement signed by the Ministers of multilateral understanding.

The proposals are to involve the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MAI) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of all member States.​
